-7v7 (6 field players and 1 goalkeeper)
-Game may not start or continue if there are less than 5 players on a team

-(4)10-minute quarters
-3 to 5 minute breaks
-55 minute max field time
-No added time

-No build out line

-Offsides begin at halfway line

-Corner kicks, free kicks, kick-offs, throw-ins, and goal kicks are used to restart the game.

-Goalie can not punt the ball out.

- 75% play rule is used. No player sits twice until all players have sat their turn.

*There are NO deliberate heading or drop kicks
