U14 Rules

• Size 5 Ball

• 11v11 (10 field players and 1 goalkeeper)

• Game may not start or continue if there are less than 8 players on a team

• 2 halves

• 35 minutes halves, running clock

• 5 minute halftime

• No added time

• Open Subs

• Laws of the Game as per FIFA Rules.

• No Buildout line

• ​Corner kicks, free kicks, kick-offs, throw-ins, and goal kicks are used to restart the game. Attacking players may receive the ball inside of their own Penalty Box.

 

• 75% play rule is used. No player sits twice until all players have sat their turn.

• There are NO deliberate heading or drop kicks
