-7v7 (6 field players and 1 goalkeeper)
-Game may not start or continue if there are less than 5 players on a team

-(2)25-minute halves

-Subs at 12 1/2 minute mark per half
-5 minute break between halves
-55 minute max field time
-No added time

-No build out line

-Offsides begin at halfway line

-Running clock

-Goalie can not punt the ball out

- 75% play rule is used. No player sits twice until all players have sat their turn.

*There are NO deliberate heading or drop kicks
