WANT TO REQUEST FIELD USAGE?

Should you wish to request a particular time for practice, or an hour and a half for a "friendly" or soccer match, it MUST be cleared and requested through filling out the request form.  It must not conflict with already scheduled practices that are pre-scheduled each month,  This includes Recreational, Signature and Club practice sessions that are already on Calendar.

 

Important Facts To Remember...

 

(1)  Fill out request form below. You will receive an answer within 24 hours. 

(2)  Request needs to be 48 hours before requested time.

(2)  First come, first scheduled policy

(3)  If you do not have an insurance policy on file, we'll need it

(4)  Your request is NOT APPROVED untill you receive acknowledgement from the Division Commissioner and you are marked on scheduler.
