Anyone considering running for a Board position should obtain a copy of the by-laws, available on our web site at www.yucaipasoccer.org or at the voting table. The by-laws have a detailed description of each position and it’s responsibilities. We also ask that candidates understand the commitment and dedication that is expected. YVYSO is looking for motivated individuals who are willing to put their personal agendas aside to help maintain our motto “Family, friends, fun . . . one goal at a time!” This simple statement is the core of the strong values and tradition that Yucaipa Valley Youth Soccer is known for.

The Rules and Regulations govern how we manage and play Soccer in Yucaipa. The Rules and Regulations can be changed by the Board of Directors. When we make changes, we seek concurrence with other members of the soccer community. Our goal is maintain balanced teams and a family friendly atmosphere for soccer.

A bylaw is a rule governing the internal management of an organization. Bylaws cannot countermand governmental law.
Our bylaws were drafted by the board of directors under the authority of the Articles of Incorporation. Bylaws generally cover topics such as how directors are elected, how meetings of directors are conducted, and what officers the organization will have and a description of their duties.
Bylaws for YVYSO can only be amended by our organization conducting a vote.
