The Soccer Complex needs work. Do you have access to equipment to help maintain our roads?  We would like to repave the road from the middle gate to the parking lot. We would also like to pave the dirt lot.  If you can help, please let us know and we will coordinate with others.

Please no dogs at the Soccer Complex PDF Print E-mail
Sunday, 18 April 2010

A friendly reminder there are no dogs allowed at the Soccer Complex.

Signs were put up because we had an incident last year where 2 dogs attempted to attack each other and children were present who could have been hurt. We've had other incidents and this one really brought to light the fact that we could have a safety issue.

CalSouth rules state that no animals will be within 15 feet of the field of play. At the complex, we do not have 15 feet in most cases. Due to these space constraints, the board felt it best to post No Dogs signs around the Soccer Complex.

Bryant Glen and Community Park do have enough room and we only request you remain responsible and stay at least 15 feet from the field of play.

Please understand our concerns for everyone's safety.

Soccer Complex Parking PDF Print E-mail
Friday, 31 August 2007

Yes, we know the parking at the Soccer Complex is a little tight. You can help make it better by doing a few simple things.

  1. Do not park along the traveled way. The road is already narrow. Do not make it a safety hazard by parking along it. Last year we had the fire marshal threaten to close the complex down due to this very problem.
  2. Park in the large lot so that rows are created.
  3. Do not block the gates.
  4. If the main lots are full or hard to negotiate, park in the equestrian area just past the middle gate at the top of the rise. We usually have a traffic sign showing the location of this overflow parking area.
  5. Be patient there are spaces opening up all the time. Remember people walking from/to games are not paying attention. Moreover, there are kids who might dart out unexpectedly.

Finally, and you knew this was coming, if you know of or can help pave the parking lot or road, please let us know. We want to get a group of people so we can improve these conditions.

Everything you can do to make parking and driving into and out of the complex better is appreciated.
